What is Computing Everywhere?

Computing Everywhere is an initiative at Northwestern University to improve computational literacy and thinking among students with limited computing experience.

We regularly offer a zero-credit seminar course that is a five-week series of 2-hour workshops, and we occasionally offer One-Time Workshops as well.

For a more detailed description, check out our Annual Reports (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019), Syllabi, and Seminar and Workshop Calls for Proposals.

The Computing Everywhere initiative is currently supported by the Center for Human-Computer Interaction + Design. We acknowledge prior support from the School of Communication and a curriculum development award from the Alumnae of Northwestern.
